WHEN Covid hit earlier this year and we went into lock down who could have predicted a booming Real Estate Market. Yes there were a couple of lean months however activity picked up and made up ground quickly. So much so that new records are being set.

This combination of factors fueled the markets surrounding the GTA.

The question is with a Vaccine in the works, and about to be administered in a matter of days in some parts of the World, will that have an affect on the Real Estate Market? Coupled with the potential of a Foreign Buyer's Tax levied by the Federal Government ?
I am predicting that things will get back to normal very fast and the Real Estate Market will continue to remain active. So hold onto your reigns as 2021 may be a wild ride.
